Etihad Airways Inflight Wi-Fi Issue Notice
Etihad Airways is currently migrating service providers for inflight Wi-Fi. The migration requires a groundside software upgrade, and iPass is working with the supplier on the staging, testing and production testing of this upgrade, which is expected to be completed this fall.
Due to this migration, iPass Global Wi-Fi connectivity on Etihad Airways will still be available but until the upgrade is completed only through a web browser.
To access iPass Global Wi-Fi via a browser, end users will need to have their iPass username and password before they fly. They may also benefit from instructions for logging in through the browser.
The inflight login credentials are provided in the activation email sent from Flexinets. Subscribers may also retrieve it on the customer portal.
If you have any questions please consult the FAQ for Inflight or contact the Flexinets Support Team, we are happy to help out.
